“I had the pleasure of working with Jana for our company’s annual awards gala, and from the moment we engaged with her, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.

Jana proved incredibly easy to work with, understanding our needs and vision for the event. Her talent in capturing candid moments is truly remarkable – the photos she delivered were not only impeccable but also brimming with genuine emotion.

Jana and her team showed up on time, well-prepared, and knew exactly how to navigate the event, ensuring that every important moment was captured beautifully

Her precision and efficiency in managing the photography allowed me to focus on other aspects of the gala without any concerns. It’s refreshing to work with a team that not only understands their craft but also executes it flawlessly.”

Freshpoint Foods

80th anniversary event

Freshpoint Foods in Vancouver put together a big event outside their warehouse to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the company. It was attended by a mix of vendors, employees, and their families, all getting the chance to sample a wide array of dishes created by some amazing local Vancouver caterers.

St.Lawrence Restaurant

Corporate Event in Vancouver

I was contacted by a major financial services company to document an intimate event for their VIP clients at this Michelin-starred restaurant. Jaw dropping course after course came out of the kitchen, with a lesson on pairing the incredible wines with each dish.

Charcuterie on the Pier // White Rock BC

Guinness World Records Event

I was recently invited to document a record-breaking event to raise money for the repair of the famous White Rock Pier, which was severely damaged in a storm a few years ago. Net proceeds also benefited Sources Food Banks, operated by the wonderful Sources Community Resources Society.

The team at Sheila’s Catering wanted to far surpass the last world record of just over 200ft, and they ended up more than doubling it! 485ft was the incredible final total.

Achieving that length of non-stop meat, cheese, and fruit was no easy feat. Even just managing the summer heat and the hungry seagulls was a daunting task. But there were professional falconers on site with Harris hawks to keep the seagulls from approaching, and 485ft of ice blankets were removed in sections throughout the day to keep all the meats & cheeses fresh.

The event had a community festival feel with performers, booths, activities, and food trucks in Memorial Park Plaza. It was all kicked off by M.C. Lizzie Allan, with opening ceremonies by the Semiahmoo First Nation.
